The duties in our office where changed just before Xmas and they have found them to be too big. They now have to be scaled down and streets removed, We are waiting for the planner to come back to the office . What should we do with the duties until then? should we struggle on with them or change them without anything being agreed?

it seems that its all down to CWU rep and DOM thrashing agreements out locally in the interim.

if in doubt work your contracted hours, nothing more, nothing less.

Follow cutting off procedures, just work your proper hours and bring back the rest. 1) It proves you require more duties in the office 2) I'm sure you've got some Pters that would appreciate the OT.
Time for your office to think ahead get the right amount of duties and the right amount of staff.

I know they are mostly only out for themselves, but that's supposedly what you're paying over £3 a week to a union rep for!
