Union Sub?
Can someone please advise me on what duties, powers etc a Sub has? Does an office have to have a certain number of members before needing one? Is the Sub voted in? Does the Rep have any say who is chosen or indeed if the office needs one?..and finally, does a Sub go on the same training courses as the main Rep?

Sub has to be voted in,if you're the only one willing to do it then it's yours,size of the office does not matter as far as i'm aware or what your rep thinks.
As for the training i would of thought it was a yes.Contact your branch.
