The head of the Royal Mail in Scotland today apologised to the people of Dundee — and said a controversial new delivery system “has not worked from day one”.
In an exclusive interview with the Telegraph, Royal Mail director of operations in Scotland Paul Kelly said tens of thousands of letters were still piled up at the troubled Dundee East delivery office.
