I hear Moya was at manchester MC
Ive heard today that Moya Greene and her cronies turned up at Manchester mail centre.I dont know how true this is but suddenly today everything was nearly back to normal on delivery.Would be nice if someone could confirm or deny this,and if its true was it as a result of the posts on here.

we had 2 senior management guys in our DO telling us that RM has only 4 weeks of operational capital left!!!!!
the DO is to be valued along with many other propertys.
we were told not to oppose anything as it is crutial that the new working practices work ASAP.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Honestly, how stupid must people be to believe this rubbish? In fact, I withdraw that. How naive must people be to believe this rubbish? All managers are liars, and in Royal Mail, they are even bigger liars. They will try anything to coerce, blackmail or bully you into doing what their bosses want them to do. The reason they will do this, as far as I can tell, is because they possess in their repertoire no other methods of managing situations. Managing is not as complex as these people often make it look. Management should be able to balance and to develop the working relationships (for the better) within a fixed environment. Managers that I have seen seem unable to do that - they have a few card tricks up their sleeves but they're unable, ultimately, to call upon a workforce that are even respectful of them. It's because they lie and bully their way out of corners.

i don't believe a single manager,, our manager has been caught out so many times lying,, it's unbelievable.. and if royal mail is failing and has no cash flow, well my good friends, us the posties,,,,,,,,, it's not our fault... Royal Mail has been set up to fail,, end off.... those people, or just human beings,, at the top have orchestrated its doom,, it's always the little guys and lassies at the bottom who suffer,,,,,,, always has been..
