royal mail should have a grievance procedure list, in the office.
I am trying to work out what royal mails agenda is, as mangers and cwu wont tell you.

1. So many individual contracts that would be impossible. With the collective agreements we post as many as we can on here and they form part of your contract after they have been agreed by the CWU/Vote - even if you're not in the union.

2. They don't have one as far as I know.

You would think its been designed to make looking for your rights and obligations as difficult as possible wouldn't you.

The principal terms of each employee's contract of employment are set out
in the letter of offer of employment that is sent upon recruitment and in
the documents enclosed with it, and by subsequent variations. Unless
otherwise specifically agreed in writing with an employee, the provisions
or the appropriate parts of Royal Mail’s Personnel Manual also form part of
their contract. The Personnel Manual covers attendance as well as sick pay
and leave. Section B of the Personnel Manual contains provisions that are
not part of the express terms and conditions of employment. Each employee
is nevertheless required to comply with these provisions as part of the
general duties of employment.

If that's what he means HR would be your best bet.
