ips testing

We were told today that the whole office will be prep tested on the ips in the new year.All the ips changed about 6 weeks ago when the revision came in.Only the people who have been been coming in early on O/T rearly know it at the moment,as the rest of us have spent very little time on ips.The manager said the reason was to see how many people are up to the national standard.So the question is,what are the agreed standards on ips(if any).I have my doubts that there is any official agreement on this between the union and royalmail.It will just be an excuse for the office failing when most of us flunk any test.

There IS a official CWU/RML agreement on sorting it is called Individual Performace Standards and can be found in the downloads section of this website.

They come out with these pitiful threats every few months, but never actually get round to testing. Everyone is too fecking busy to test anyone!!!
p.s. How about a Hayes and Ward, Hammer in face avatar. Anyone agree???????
