Delivery supplement for part timers over Xmas
Do part timers get the full delivery supplement amount if they agree to work extra over the xmas pressure period?

Part Timers used to be "Made Up" to Temporary Full Time over the Christmas Pressure Period. In these cases you were entitled to the Full £100 bonus. If not "Made Up" then Surprise Surprise they'll pay PRO-RATA! 
Doesn't matter if your running around and working as hard as your Full Time colleagues, even if you work over say 40 hrs (i.e. Full Time) you'll be rewarded with a pro-rata bonus. Thanks for your efforts!
What I suggest you do, as you'll probably like a bit extra in the wage packet, is work to suit yourself. Do a bit of Overtime but when the DIM comes around to plead that there's plenty of extra work left that needs doing, tell him to stick it up his arse! But put it politely of course.

Does your pay packet say 40 hours contract or does it just have your contracted hours and overtime to 40 hours?
I've never heard of anyone having their contract temporarily increased to 40 hours for xmas. It was always just overtime.

Not sure what's going to happen at my depot...
Many PTers have taken up the offer of an 0800 start, prepping their own walk for the three weeks including Xmas, giving us a minimum of six hour days. The 0800-0930 prep is going on the docket as "scheduled attendance," organised by our lino a month ago.
Many PTers also took up the offer of working their day off for the three weeks including Xmas, with our "day off" contract hours pvertime being paid as "scheduled attendance" on the docket.
So many of us PTers including myself are working at least 42 hours over six days, as of the start of this week. As to whether we will qualify for the full Xmas pressure bonus, nobody I've spoken to so far has a clue! But then again, we have supposed to have been getting the £200 revison bonus for months (no idea if this is pro-rota either), but it is being held back after the acting DOM apparently did not reduce the depot hours enough to satisfy area mangers while the agreement made with our rep had been satisfied!
