What are our Targets?
For both USO Deliveries and Collections the target is 99.9% and the performance of each Postcode Area (PCA) is reported to Postcomm every month.
If any year our performance falls below 99.8%, we would be in breach of our licence and maybe fined.
We also report to Postcomm….

If any delivery walk is less than 100% complete, it’s reported via Delivery Office Daily Reporting (DODR) system and included in the monthly USO Report to Postcomm.
