Whould it be possible to strike for a couple of hours ,say 3 days a week
eg.
Start 04.30, work until 09.30 - STRIKE until 11.30, re-start work and then cut off at the propper finishing time ( No Extended )
Do this MON , WED , FRI week 1---then TUE , THUR , SAT week 2
Will lose 6 hours pay ( thus keeping more members strong by removing the worry some have about losing too much money )
Would this be a good way to F88k RM up ? ( Undelivered mail pileing up daily )
Counters I believe are doing this, and it is popular with the staff
How would this work in other areas eg. Mail centres / MDEC / DIST. etc
More suggestions ~ comments please

I was sure I'd seen a bead of sweat on my line manager the other day - Until I realised that he had just brushed past me too close

Good idea, but i thought we all started at five am
I think we should just let CWU guide us on what to do next,as this latest action seems to be doing some hurt
at last.I personnally would opt for an all out strike (my opinion) and get it over with? Non of this pussyfooting around. Every person i meet on duty is confused as to what is going on now?

Would this work...
If Mail centres ect went out (2 hours at the end of their duty ) on opposite days to deliverys who did the same 2 hours at the end of their duty, would that disrupt everything ?
As we don't have a mandate to work to rule, this would be the next best thing......
Or have I got it wrong ?
