Accident in the building
I had an accident in the mail centre where I work caused by a tray left in the middle of a walkway. I tripped over the tray resulting in severe bruising to my body meaning I had to take time off sick.There were several witnesses there at the time including two managers. I have had a return to work interview and have completed an accident report with my line manager. This will result in me triggering a stage warning, what I need to know is what agreement does it state that accidents should not count toward stage warnings?

our office they look into your AOD and if its your fault you are on Statutory Sick Pay
