Re: advice
What do you mean, will you have the op after the stage 2 is finished?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: advice
I'm in exactly the same situation at the moment, just had my knee op. I'm due to go back in a few weeks so I'll let you know what happens. TBH I think I'm for the chop even though it was an AOD, RM management don't see sense and are just looking at getting rid of people for as little cost as possible.gogzirino wrote:i am currently on a stage two but need an operation on my knee could anyone please give me heads up as to what should happen i.e how will royal mail deal with this my record is clear in may next year ,been up on a stage 3 previously and dont want the worry again.
