The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.
The time has come for union.

you can blame the members who didnt bother to vote and the union executive who thought this would be a good deal for us. More money WRONG more family friendly hours WRONG job protection WRONG.dvbuk55 wrote:You can't blame the agreement or the negotiatorskrussel wrote:Its part of the workload now and nothing we can do. blame the agreement![]()

Not that long ago you would have said it was Billy and Dave's fault for even presenting such a farce before the membership with their "no plan b" scaremongering and doom and gloom roadshows. R u back in the fold,or have you just been offered vr ?:left:
In any case i'd still have more respect for someone that voted yes than didn't vote at all,it's got to be the easiest job in the world to use your vote in,i mean it's not as if anyone's not near a postbox!

Re: Christmas Door 2 Door
it baffles me why there wasnt a two way vote one for mail centres (dont deliver d2ds.lapsing,increaseing dutys,5-6 hours outside work, lost d2d money, and one for delivery staff and see what the split was and who voted what. anyway it cant get no worse, ill dont think ill be backing the union again.dvbuk55 wrote:You can't blame the agreement or the negotiatorskrussel wrote:Its part of the workload now and nothing we can do. blame the agreement![]()
