If you do a 27 hour a week contract as relief, and THEY remove two rounds, can they bunch your 27 hours into 3 - 3.5 days inc sats i.e it becomes full time but not for the whole week?

You still wont be full time you'll still only be doing 27 hours a week. Full time is 40 hours a week.

Point taken. I should have made it clearer.

If bunched it could mean "full days" where as i do 5 /15 hours day now and dont want full days at all.

Any offices or reps that agree to changes that force members(full-time or part-time) onto attendance patterns that they don't want or can't do need to have a serious look at themselves....that's the polite version.

I do 29 hour eek. 3 x 5.24 days and the other 2 ^ hour ish days. Two rounds are now vanishing by being merged. Desk top rev going on. One of my round is havng another half a round on it with an hour to do it in. This means I finsih as part timer on a sat at 1.30pm is after a 6am start. Another 5.24 round is having about another 50 drops on it even tho it fits the hopurs perfectley if you fast walk. SO I dont recon it can be done. Wed Thu Frid's

I have kicked off big time and union rep seems to be on RM side unles his mates are involved and then they get a great deal. Me? Shat on from agreat height and feel after 6 years I am being forced out of a job. If union are agreeing on my behalf then my contract will change without me being able to do anything wont it? ACAS recon not I can work new one under protest if its forced on me and slap a grevience in and poss ET.

One of our great workers is on light duties and now off sick (poss cancer) cos they wanted to move him from days to nights 30 miles away. union said they can do this.What chance have we got if union keep saying yes to RM

I agree but thats what our rep has done WITH MANAGEMENT Change my hours for the worse. Feeling very stressed now. I have got the wose add ons and I can and will do the job propperly as always but if I am the only one doing it RM will I am sure have me out. On one of my rounds regular bloke sprinst round. he is 10 years younger than me. I dont rush and do it by thebook. If I suddenly start cutting of two days a week and he dont cos he is scared to say no, where does it leave me. "We think you are being awkward I am sure I will hear"

My contract say 29 hours and I will do that but if they divi this up into 4 shite days and 1 easy one, it dont help my home life.

In the old days perhaps but not now.

They are not helping one jot at my place and it was they that suggested we take this new deal as "its the bet you will get" What has happend to the 1 hour a week reduction in my week??? It is they that are doing this rev with managers and I have been shafted because of it. I actualy dont mind doing a bit more if I can but to have two round have another half a round each put on is taking the p. I am not a mule.

Over the last few weeks the rep has dished out forms asking us what hours we would like to work, how we feel about the job. Would we take more etc. I dont know anyone who said yes change my hours for the
worse or give me more work yet the forms have been ignored in this revision. 100%

Damager is blinkered beyond belief and ony transmits shite.

That implies that changes would be introduced without a vote of CWU mbrs taking place, surley we havent got reps that would bypass the most important part of the revision process?
