ill health with pension?
I know people say ill health with pension is better than ill health with lump sum(34 weeks pay etc).But if your pension is going to be £100 per week.Do you get a lump sum of any amount or are you expected to live off £100 per week?Sorry for being so dim......

non lump sum
(maybe a wee bit extra for any annual leave due to you).
you won't be able to work again for any other business for at least 10 years and you won't get your government pension until you reach the statutory retirement age.

You can take a maximum of 25 % of your Pension Pot into a Tax Free Lump Sum....IHR with Pension is by far the better option than just IHR with Lump Sum...You wont need to be Stephen Hawking to work that one out....

Also there is nothing to say you cannot work again, that is utter nonsence... It is the OPINION of the RM Doctor at the time of your final appointment that you cannot work for a ten year period...There is nothing to stop you working during that time and still receive your RM Pension ..The only way they can take it off you if they find you have committed fraud in receiving it....
