N IRELAND REGION RULE 13 BALLOT
As i have previously mentioned on this site my d.o. has been granted a rule 13 ballot in response to royal mail's planned exec. action regarding later starts. I was wondering if it was possible for the three branches in N.I. to combine any action the individual offices have planned to counteract this. I suppose it depends if royal mail intend to introduce the later starts on the same date across the whole of the provence. Any thoughts? ONWARDS AND UPWARDS
