Hi all
I am at the end of a case where I am suing RM for constructive dismissal. My solicitor needs a copy of the Royal Mail Personnel Manual which is part of its People Management Framework. If anyone has a copy please can you post it here. I am desperate as I need to get it to them by 2.00pm today.

Yes Im an ex employee of RM. Had to leave due to a manger stitching me up. But RM didn t folow this procedure and uts imprerative to my case? Can you help at all??hantsman wrote:Is this an ET case?

Have you or your solicitor tried a "Freedom of Information" request as RM being a Public body you may be able to get an electronic version sent to you.
