Hi
I have been working for Royal Mail for just over 2 years now. I have heard that people who joined before a certain period a due a payout of money through the share scheme, once the takeover is complete.
Firstly, does anybody know how much this is likely to be, and secondly when did you need to have joined the company by to be included in this?

You mean the Colleague Shares?
The last issue was in July 2008 - you would have been sent a certificate if you were eligible.
They're nothing to do with privatisation, but you can sell them back next year for whatever RM decide that they are worth.
