new 21 day rule

we have just been told that if you can not enter a flat or close, instead of sending back after 3 days you have to tell your manager the next day for 21 days, who make this up?

we've been told - if no access to flats to inform manager the next day - so he can send letters to the customers concerned telling them there's no access to the flats :crazy:

I'm wondering if we've to scale the walls with these letters - can't get in in the first place to deliver the mail, so they send letters :neutral: :arrrghhh

Same as the letter saying that because you've got a dangerous animal, we're not going to deliver to you... :crazy:

Just take the letter and a hammer and nail the f**ker to the front door and, while your at it, pin the letter to the front door as well.

How does bringing mail back due to "no access" affect the call rate the next day?
It must but how is it calculated?

I have no idea - only thing we were told is a "no access" is counted as a fail by postcomm - hence the letter sending exercise.
