I'm getting pissed off with all this Full Time/Part Time s**t. Perhaps we should have seperate sections so we can slag each other off!

Im sure we do that reasonably well in this forum already. Just remember boys and girls, no matter if the 'other' guy is taking the piss/liberties, it suits RM's DIVIDE & RULE strategy, to have us at odds with each other. I remember a thread a while back which had a quote from some RM management bell-end to the effect "there will be no more strikes at RM" im sure this is all part of that plan.

If my depot is anything to go by, its no wonder about the split going on...
The DOM always does unannounced "group hugs" before the offical start time of part timers, which I sometimes get the dregs of appraoching 0800. Nobody in management then does any sort of brief version of events for the part timers' benefit, they just hear dribs and drabs from colleagues who were in, which leaves the part timers open to all sorts of trouble, as linos can tell them bits that suit the linos cause on any given day.
Its nothing short of appauling, we make up ~25% of the workfoce in our depot, I've let my feeeling be known to my lino and our union rep to sort something out... Even having this "hugs" around 0930 when most sections have already had "right of way" while my (rediculous sized walk) section are still getting bundled up, as "right of way" according to the Peagasus sheet is gone 1010!
