30hr staff and bag carriers on ips!

today the part timers and bag carriers got up on ips with us so we could get through quicker so they could get out of the door earlier for job and finish.i know i,m a flyer myself but even this shocked me.yeah 6 of them up on ips! made our job alot easier but the lino looked smug to say the least!

Benson would not have a problem with this though, he is more than happy to let people that are not paid to do certain tasks do them in order to get his car loaded up nice and early, but he still will refuse to see how his actions fook over other people

Why on earth would a "bag carrier" be in that early?

In fact, why are bag carriers required to do anything but come in and pick up their pouches? They shouldn't even have to come into the office, their deliveries should be taken out to them ready to deliver.
