I'd like to e-mail ; either the Head of RM or the HR Director.

But I cannot find the addresses.

Erm..........why don't you send the Chief Executive a letter? You know those funny things we see sometimes with pictures of The Queen in the corner we get paid to deliver?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Each region has its own HR Director,if you ask the PHG in your office to look them up on the comp you will have the address.I have contacted the one in my region in the past,and found her very helpful,in fact she solved a problem in my MC that cost Royal mail over £20,000 in back pay.
