Sabbatical
Can anyone help if you are on a sabbatical do you still get the £4oo pound payment I got it last year but not this year I worked 4 weeks last summer and over christmas but no £400 ound any help much appreciated

Since it was originally a Stakeholder Dividend for the Colleagueshares and the terms and conditions state.....
I'm sorry the answer is no you won't get it.Who is eligible for the Stakeholder Dividend?
The same general principles apply as with the ColleagueShares. People with permanent UK contracts who work full-time will get the same amount and if you work less than that it will be pro-rata. People on longterm career breaks or extended unpaid absence won’t be eligible or will be paid pro-rata. It’s that easy.

Having said all that though.....it was then stolen and used as a bribe to get this crappy deal through and i don't remember career breaks being mentioned so if you make enough fuss you never know.

Don't get me started on sabbaticals..................... you either work or you don't, not just pop in for a couple of weeks a year.

Give half the staff 2011 off and the other half 2012,unpaid of course and if you make it the part-timers in 2012 we will easily make the 75/25 split(national)....
