Did any one see the Ch4 programme ,back to the shop floor, top Manager goes undercover to see the real issues in his Company.
I am sure know one in the CWU or The Top of RM would dare do.
Even the lower parts of the CWU even !!

Problem is, these bosses would only find fault with US--not the Managers----if they do not know by now, with all the have your say surveys--just how bad things are, they never will, the only thing that would work is if if they worked undercover as a postie for a few months--------------

under cover boss would see 4 dom mon-fri and saturdays 2 doms finish before 9.30am ( how do they do it)
