Wasn't aware of its existence until I came across it earlier whilst perusing the internet (unless of course it is already in the Downloads forum). Another apparent policy that the DOM failed to mention.

So when a few years back a lorry broke down and a driver took a van full of mail to the depot for 3 hrs SA and the dom treated him and his wife to a paid for meal (£86 worth no less) out of our front line fix money, he was breaking the rules.
