i know a number of guys who simply cant handle the stress any more of being harrassed by managers for "poor performance" because they arent up to scratch with the car users..... these same guys will be harrassed back to work and then will be back under the same pressures all over again.... well done again car users n early starters, ur so called colleagues are made to suffer for your selfishness... this should be fun hearing the pityful responses car users n early starters cum up with now

Unfortunately this situation has been going on for years and is a bit of a downward spiral if your trying to do the jop properly on your own. The only way out of this situation is to get your rep involved and to make the managers pull their neck in.

you are correct, no leeway is given to the older blokes, they all want evr, they certainly will take sick leave before retirement date.
Its what happens, when managers are on bonuses, to cut more hours, summer lapsing has taken 120 hours out the office.
They have ruined the royal mail.

Put in grievences.......lots and lots , that might help, in fact it should help. Victimisation, bullying and harrassment etc..and make sure they are dealt with and dont get fobbed off, good luck and dont let the bastards grind you down.

just to add....what if your union rep is part of the problem.........are union rep says he will speak to management comes back and says he cant do nothing.....then on saturday he gets the day off........go figure.

I never worked in RM during the 2 delivery system
my old duty was just shy of 900 calls,why do you ask?
