What's a paper shredder for?

I'll tell you what it's not for - shredding one of your pouches. A lad in our office got sacked this week becuase he had a bag full of shredded mail in the boot of his car. Wait, it gets worse - he actually got a boss to help him load up his car, and that's when the soon-to-be hamster cage lining was discovered. You can't make this stuff up

We had a shredder but even that was too much hard work for the lazy b*stard so he took it into a field and tried to burn it.
I had to deliver the half burnt remains to my customers.
Happy days.

A couple of years back I had to deliver mail that had been wilfully delayed for a year The young lad who hadn't delivered it stashed it in the loft of a drugs den belonging to a pal of his, and when it was raided by the boys in blue they discovered a york's worth of mail in the rafters. The lad got off lightly though, didn't get a jail sentence - can't seem to find the story on Google though, maybe he shredded it
