looking for info into our supplement, i have always worked in a delivery office, 13 months ago we lost our driving work to mail centre and were told we kept allowances for life as its tied into our basic bay. i now perform delivery which includes d2d but have been told that we do not get £20 and only receiving the £8 we have tried to get advice on this but keep coming back blank.

Unless you are P/T then you pro-rata of £20.60.
