Yes! Even when most part timers do 40 hours.

Also, the part timers will not recieve any additional hours worked from the start of the tax year other than your contractual hours! ie the back dated pay rise. So that's another pineapple up the bum

On PaySlip its stated as ' Pay Deal CWU 2010 Lump Sum ' . Why is the CWU stated in that line? Is it really the Colleague Shares is disguise?

It can't just be simple pro-rata as I'm on a 20 hour contract and "Pay Deal CWU 2010 Lump Sum" for me is £31X.YY

Are they including back pay into this lump sum or is that to come later as well?

im on 25 hour cotract and i got 251.06! and back pay 16 quid shocking! so they gave me 1.06 nice one w*****s!

Sorry guys but saw you part timers getting shafted on the agreed £400 a mile off! You will never get the agreed £400 promised to all employes.

what can actualy be done. it clearly says £400 lump sum to all employees. so only a week in to this agreement and they have already broken it. is it worth going to the union or to acas. i did not want this agreement but as seen as it has been forced on me i want everything i am entitled to.

Weird.....i am on a 35hr contract, and i do cover 40 hours, but you get paid £15 more than me?? I dont get this at all.

It's possible the weeks you were on holiday (ie a flat 30 hour week) were taken into account, hence the figure they arrived at.
