lets all work like snails now see who can go the slowest on delivery work to your time bring it back take your time lads lets make them suffer the more complaints from the customers the better

no need to go slow just do your job properly and work at normal pace and you will still end up cutting off everyday

With those trolleys you wont have any choice but to go slower, so if thats the way they want it, so be it.

not be able to do it like that much longer, not with top ten % ,working standards,spirit of the agreement,and all that crap, out the door with the blessings of cwu ,the rm police force .

You CANNOT walk at the same speed pulling a trolley as carrying a pouch, just not possible.

These factors can and will have to be taken into account.

Not if the management bonus culture still pervades!. I see nothing to change this in this so called agreement!.

Fine then they'll be facing handbacks on a daily basis, at 3pm.

Let the manager sort that lot out, its what he's paid handsomely for.

To be honest with you,i was recently the victim of how can i put this? a managers over active imagination, and if it wasn't for the union i wouldn't be
in the job now.(I was exhonerated by the way).They were superb,and although i voted against the deal,i will always be a union member.
