volcano erupted in our office

a guy in our division erupted at the union rep this morning like the volcano in iceland lol, he asked the union rep did royal jail not break the SDD agreement wen they forced us to take mailsort 3 on saturday past there, as he read on royal mail chat from Postman that this was the case, response "there was no f****** agreement broke", total defence of the management

So this was a country wide thing then? we thought the managers were just at it as it was so light.Threatened guys with willfull delay and all sorts.

I have a set duty so always take it anyway,so it didn't effect me in the slightest,but some cats were apoplectic about it.

All this crazy stuff is still going on.what exactly ever happened to the interim agreement??

They are still stripping hours out of our place,bullying,moving goal posts as above.

I dont think royal mail have stuck to their side of the deal in any way

Why are wee the union letting it continue?

Yeah, they keeping moving the golaposts in WIgan DO with respect to lapsing. At one point we were told that if traffic for any given morning dropped below 200,000 we would be lapsing, so the lino used to come round and write the traffic figure on a big whiteboard for all to see. Miraculously, there were countless occasions where the figure was a smidgeon below the 200,000 mark. These days, they don't even bother telling us the numbers - we are constantly lapsing, monday - friday.
