What is the likely hood of getting a transfer after about 1 year of service or less than a year.
I think it would make a massive difference to get a new walk something even remotly cushty compared to what i have....
what is the official and professional way of going about getting one.
What are the cicumstances of this and since im on a bad walk just now what are my chances of getting off this walk.
because the way i see it they know im on a bad walk and they will do what they can to keeping me there!
i wouldnt even mind a dif walk in my office its just seems like theres NO movement atall with regards to people changing walks.

Re: transfers
You want to think yourself lucky you have a walk after being here such a short time, I've been put on walks in 7 different areas and 95% of them blind too, places I'd never been before and that isn't easy I can tell you, I suggest you stop whining and get on with it

el_cartero: I see that you have a little saying "when part timers have the same rights as full timers" I would like to point out you do and it was the trade union movement that won it for you! But don't worry because on your own you can get what ever you want correct?
