They will soon be referred to as ‘vans’

When they are introduced will there be a banning of VDC in delivery offices?

We've had 4 of the CDV's (Peugeot Bippers) turn up at our DO last week, they have been given to the rural guys because there is'nt enough room in them for 2 deliveries.

When they first mentioned CDV's, a few years ago now, they were suggesting (at the time) 3 rounds into 2, and delivered from a Smart Car. And we are meant to believe any of their nonsense.
Never mind...in a few years time....mail volumes declining....we'll be back on bikes.

Now there's a point, if mail volumes a declining at such an alarming rate, why do we need vans at all? Why do we need HCT's? Surely we could make do with a couple of Tesco carrier bags. Or we could just carry both letters for the delivery in our pocket.

Perhaps with the meagre size of them for 2 deliveries CDV could soon be standing for Clearly Deficient Van?
