INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

I know this is an old chestnut, but what are the agreed ips/prep rates in delivery offices and are employees only supposed to be given a one minute test to establish wether they are able to meet these standards. Looks like the first round of bullying is about to begin in our office in readiness for when this SHITE awful deal is implemented sorry, I mean voted in and they try to squeeze already unworkable work loads into a shorter working day.
