Pay Scales for Royal Mail Letters Delivery Postman

I have been working nearly six months now as a postman and was given a list of pay scales when I had my induction day, however I can't find it now and am in the belief that I am due for a pay increase after 6 months service, a year and so on and so on. Please could someone be so kind as to post the sales up on here for me? Even better would be the proposed scales under the new agreement?? cheers

Yes your due the top rate of 8.69 per hour.

No he's due that after 1 year.

It goes up to something after six months though, but this happens automatically mate don't worry.

If aged over 21

First 6 months £312.85
Next 6 months £330.23 =£8.25 an hour.
After 12 months £347.61 =£8.69 an hour.

The figures are based on 40 hours, so for 25 hours you need to pro rata.

Thanks for that, I am on 20 hours a week with only a few hours opportunity for overtime every week, so welcome.
