You can say that with absolute certainty I hope because the proposed agreement can't. In fact the agreement is quite open about and blunt it on Page 29

I must admit I did think the election would be a good bargaining tool for us, but a thought has just occured to me....the election is fast approaching...yet we still have to get the official agreement to all members, then we have to vote, then if it's a no vote...we go back to negotiate...with roger Poole and ACAS ...this could easilly drag on for another 3 months, by which time the election will be over. Anyone know when we will get an official hard copy sent to us?
