well i'd sooner do 1 envelope for "f" all at 20% a day than do 10+ seperate items at 2 a day including the saturday for £20 a week or less (pro rata).

im just looking at the big Picture not the one from inside the box!! i feel this is the best we are going to get i dont like it ,but i think we will have to live with it ,if there is a no vote and we go back out then i can see us only going back in on royal mails terms we are not the f***ing miners have you been out looking for work outside the royal mail well theres f**k all out there its grim. The union(cwu) have done there best i know a lot dont think that but at the end of the day you will have a job with pay at the end of the week ive worked in places a lot worse belive me,and you can only do what you can do in the 39hrs basic week with the new agreement and like ive said before the payment well life is a bitch

Same old argument...just because you have a job doesnt mean you should take a huge paycut to fund RM past mis management.

yes we must vote no with people like viking on here no wonder we get shafted. what would he vote if they said take two walks out and take a 20 pounds pay cut would he still say well at least we have a job . you have to stand up to royal mail . if people vote yes this will come in and they wont stop there trust me 3years down the line we will all be part time. what they are trying to do is copy the dutch model and phasing it in bit by bit . so the more we stand strong the longer we keep our jobs not lay down and die like what viking wants to do

viking it is only grim out there because OUT THERE THEY ARE ALL LIKE YOU, accepting everything tell you what would it be ok if they cancelled your contract on the saturday and brought you back on the monday for £5 p/h would that be ok? because there are people out there who would do it so that makes it ok doesnt it
