Just wondered if this is likely to be an issue, throwing out unlimited d2d plus the sequenced mail flats etc, in my mind this is going to cause medical problems, lets hope royal mail will be fitting us with those robotic arms to help us.

No extra weight, you will be two to a van (does'nt work it only lasted 6weeks in our office) HCT's (a b@stard if you have any hills on your walk) and small golf like trolleys (f#ckin useless) so don't worry about the weight.morleyposty wrote:you forgot to mention the extra weight on your shoulders...
