Loss of pensionable pay

Early shift allowance (pens) For me is £12.37.

As I read it this would go in a suppliement thats NON pensional. Have I got that right?
Where's MY pension?

No you will not lose any pensioniblity. That is maintained for those who are currently in reciept of these payments.

Through pay simplification we have consolidated existing monies and created new additional and permanent (non pensionable) basic pay supplements...

Whats this mean then please...
Where's MY pension?
