That's it now: if this agreement goes through, seeing as D2D is "a crucial part of the business" (page 3,000,001 Royal Mail & CWU Modernisation Agreement 2010) Royal Mail will become a GLORIFIED LEAFLET DELIVERY COMPANY. Maybe not even that glorified.
