In the Business Transformation 2010 and beyond letter I noticed the following in the reward package over 3 years bit-
Conversion of some existing payments into weekly and permanent non pensionable supplements to basic pay (full details to follow).
Anybody got a clue what this means?

Yes that is the D2D issue they are talking about. They are too chicken to even mention the agreed details in this letter we got today because they know it's a total shafting.

So it's no more payment for D2D and a replacement bonus in your pay packet of 20quid PRO RATA. Also included in that payment is the early bird thing.
