This agreement reaffirms the 2007 Pay and Modernisation Agreement, concludes all outstanding Phase 4 negotiations
Wasn't banking in phase 4,it hasn't been mentioned in this one unless i've missed it has it?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

D2d into workload will allow duty planning to be a lot easier. Probably no need for banking hours if the deal goes through...

what about lapsing and absorbtion could not see that in the deal,,,,,,,,,,will it still keep going or will the extra D2D work cancel this out

yeah banking was,There was also monthly pay in phase 4 and that has not happened, so not all of phase 4 has been negotiated.
