Actually you are wrong, F/T get the shorter week, P/T's will get a pay increase to compensate !!! so roughly 8.80/25.75 = .34p per hr pay rise ( pro rata of course)

Probably aas you are only delivering 18% of that weeks D2D's you will probably get 18% of the payment, but look on the bright side, your pay cut will be less than everyone elses.

Wrong. You will still be delivering the same number of d2d's, but on OT, which doesn't count towards your "pro rata". 1 hour contract, 39 hours OT...
