The disputes at Royal Mail and Post Office Ltd are over pay, working practices and conditions and are matters for the company's management and the unions to resolve. The Government urges the management and the union to engage in constructive talks to resolve the disputes.

Seeing as they appointed Leighton & Crozier, shouldn't they be telling them to 'engage in constructive talks to resolve the dispute' ?

I like this show , first the government appoints two idiots to positions those idiots are clearly unsuited for , then that
very same government pretends it has no control whatsoever over the said idiots.

Becos Dave Ward says the strike is about the Royal Mail Business Plan I dont think they will give in. We should have kept it about our pay rise

If we said it was about pay the public would NOT BACK US.. So We say its to do with RM's business plan and the conditions there in... So now RM wont back down....???????? Well its both and ive not heard Dave Ward or any CWU rep say its JUST about either... Just there are strings attatched and the pay rise in a whole is a pay reduction.... So its BOTH........ Dont let RM and the spin by the RM/ Goverment run rag papers sway your view.... Propaganda is rife and we all hear it.. Step back and think about the reason Over 90% went out and over 77% voted for this strike action in the first place.. BECAUSE RM LIE AND TWIST AND LIE SOME MORE AND ALL THAT BIG AL N lil adam want is to crush us... And push the union out of the business for ever!!!!
