I hope all you delivery blokes vote no to this new agreement. So-called Engineering coaches on duff £35422-£42000 AND the possibility of importing more "ten-thumbed baboons" under this new "mature apprentice" idea? Do RM never learn from past mistakes?

Though letting CSS operators loose to do "minor faults" will be a great way to generate more O/T and mileage for those who want it.

oh Tman, That was my favourite part...i'm going to apply, i have qualifications in a technical subject and only the 2 thumbs....I take it when you apply for the coach role you will be pleasent about your apprentices....at least till you get the job and the extra money....or are you always better than everyone else?

You never know you could end up training me....i'll tell you how heavy my bag used to be!

PS. whats a CSS operator. i might as well learn the jargon to help at any future interview.
