phoned sick today 6.20am at 7.30am my manager phoned me and ask if i could go into work and do a round i said im very ill and it impossable for me to complete a round becoure im ill in bed. are managers allowed to take these kind of actions???

Infringing your Human RIghts I would imagine mate. I know they can make a "Welfare Call" seeing if they "do anything to help" (when they really mean is "when are you coming back you c**t"?) But to call you 50 mins after you've called in sick and ask you to come in and do a delivery is scandolous behaviour!!

, i'd get your rep involved asap, if you dont have one, get hold of either your area rep, or contact the local branch in your area........................THAT'S OUT AND OUT HARASSMENT.................STAND UP FOR YOURSELF, MAKE THE CALL
