How to become a router man?
Just a general question like, how do you become one? Like do certain walks on different days. I think I'm a reserve man atm and don't like it to f**k :(

Confused, do you mean cover duty? Doing 5 different (but always the same) rounds each week. If so the cover duty you want needs to be vacant with nobody signed to it, or wait for a repick.geoffxxuk wrote:Just a general question like, how do you become one? If you mean floater then when a vacant duty is posted - which can sometimes take months if not over a year as has happened in my office - everyone in the office gets a chance to take it but seniority comes into action so it is usually given to the most senior reserve.
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

If youre a reserve or floater what that means is,,,youre a piece of sh it and made to feel like that every day of youre working life in rm .
