I want to give up my scedule attendance and would
like to know how much notice I have to give my manager.

The notice you have to give should be in the 12 month contract you signed.

In our office its a month,but as long as you can get it covered by another postie for the month.then you can give them up straight away.

Our SA is all ad-hoc and handed out on a daily basis to those who want it (usually to do collections), I believe it's now down to 4 or 5 people who want to do it.

I believe it's four weeks - same as RM have to give you if they want to terminate it.
But when I gave mine up after the Way Forward I just stopped told them it wasn't worth
what they were paying and just stopped doing it.
Not much they can do about it if you don't want to do OT.
