Heres a thought treat us with respect ,value youre work force , be fair ,listen,,, maybe thats a better way of getting the most out of youre work force, instead of bullying through changes . Oh and a little pay rise would be appreciated sometime mr big bucks crozier.!

I think you posted your thread in the wrong forum...this is royal mail were talking about here, divide and conquer take no prisoners. All royal mail is concerned about on a day to day basis is savings. They don't care about your welfare, its all about the budget, what bonus the higher management can get out of this.

Its depressing to see a company so big, degrading infront of our eyes and theres nothing we can do about it (our voices don't want to be heard).
