Can Atos request your doctors notes without your permission.??? If so what information can they divuldge to your dom.?
I married my wife for her looks, but not the one she gave me when i said i was going to be a postman.

Access to Medical Reports Act 1988

Consent to applications for medical reports for employment or insurance purposes

(1) A person shall not apply to a medical practitioner for a medical report relating to any individual to be supplied to him for employment or insurance purposes unless—

(a) that person (“the applicant”) has notified the individual that he proposes to make the application; and

(b) the individual has notified the applicant that he consents to the making of the application.

(2) Any notification given under subsection (1)(a) above must inform the individual of his right to withhold his consent to the making of the application, and of the following rights under this Act, namely—

(a) the rights arising under sections 4(1) to (3) and 6(2) below with respect to access to the report before or after it is supplied,

(b) the right to withhold consent under subsection (1) of section 5 below, and

(c) the right to request the amendment of the report under subsection (2) of that section,

as well as of the effect of section 7 below.

they work on the basis that you have a " good " doctor , RM come out with all this BS about " removing the barriers :roll: " - there has been letters sent out couched in all this fake " caring " corporate cr** which can all be boiled down to - " You can't really prove you are / have so you are guilty of swinging the lead " .

You've also got medical expert managers that have never left the playground , asking leading questions which require the " right " RM answers from " incentivized " ATOS .

The problem is that a fair few NHS GP's / Consultants don't take too kindly to being dictated to by RM / ATOS for some reason , when you have " voluntarily " given permission .

Why would ATOS want a second phone consultation? would it be because i have just put another sick note in? Who would want me to have a second consultation? the dom? if so , why?
