Hard Work To Start Now

Post by drb »

Ok here is the schedule for the "interim Agreement"

Managers Brief Of The Deal Tomorrow

Divisional Reps/Area Reps meet with DSM's/Reginal Directors

W/C 16th November the start and negotiations for Interim agreement.Apparently apart from ACAS the 3rd party is the ex-GMB leader.Things need to move forward before 2 weeks with the 2 parties moving the process along.

It will not be overnight but things need to be right for their exposed business plan for January, they have to behave up untill then.

Saying that,in our place,(with a backlog)...members are still coming in early and are ready to go out at 9am(should be 9:53). How can we argue against absorption with this happening? Some are finishing 2 hours early and coming back to the office.....

Spot on, thats exactly the problem in my D.O, the amount of time being made even after taking into account early start and missed break is startling.

The members will need to prove they are working at rates that are well beyond the call of duty!!
